I emailed Travel Blue asking if I could get a replacement inner for my neck pillow as mine had developed a slow puncture. They went above and beyond and sent me a brand new pillow plus a lovely luggage tag.

I had bought the Travel Blue inflatable pillow which split along the seam 7 months after purchase. Since the pillow was covered by a 24-month guarantee, I contacted the company with my complaint. They gave swift follow-up and replaced the faulty pillow with a new one of my choice. Greatly appreciated that and will recommend to anyone!
